現在香港市面上充斥不同質量的松露產品，品質參差，不少更加入防腐劑及各種添加劑去延長使用期。「ISTRA Truffle 松露之鄉」希望能打破此框架，將優質的松露帶到香港，讓大家以合理價錢享受高級美食。本店所有產品均由產地直接入口，免去一切中介費用，薄利多銷。

ISTRA 是克羅地亞文，中文是伊斯特里亞半島。伊斯特里亞半島位於克羅地亞的東北部，土地肥沃，環境優美，陽光及雨水皆充足。ISTRA中部更有一大片神祕的松露森林，得天獨厚的地理環境，孕育出珍貴的黑松露和白松露，故本店以「松露之鄉」命名。

本店所有產品均來自歐洲，由克羅地亞的伊斯特里亞半島直接入口，保證優質，絕無假貨。

Truffles are known as the delicacy in culinary, it is always one of the finest ingredients in the world. Its unique fragrance and taste can last long on your palate, it makes the food experience unforgettable to you. However, it is expensive which you may only able to enjoy on some special occasions.

There are various truffle products in Hong Kong with different quality, some of them even add in artificial preservatives and additives to extend the product life. “ISTRA Truffle” wants to break this practice, we are bringing quality truffles to Hong Kong with an affordable price. Every single product in our shop is imported directly from Croatia, no intermediate is involved. That’s the reason we could sell with a reasonable price.

ISTRA is Croatian, refers to the Istria peninsula in English. Istria peninsula situated in the northeast Croatia, where fertile soils, adequate sunlight and rainfalls are gathered in the beautiful nature. There is a mysterious forest in the central Istria, because of all the unique geographic factors, it produces valuable black and white truffles. Our shop is named as “ISTRA The Origin of Truffles” because of this.

All our products are from Europe, we import directly from Istria, Croatia. We guarantee excellence quality and genuine.
