Originated in Singapore since 2006, Brotzeit® is the world's only German franchise concept introducing a unique New German dining experience – premium German beers and authentic Bavarian cuisine in a chic and contemporary setting.
Located at Tsim Sha Tsui Centre on Mody Road in Tsim Sha Tsui East, the first outlet in Hong Kong is definitely one of the city's most exciting new dining destinations. Brotzeit®'s friendly yet relaxed service makes it the perfect escape – ideal for a quick bite for lunch, chill out after a hard day of work and a relaxing place for family and friends on weekends. The ground floor of the restaurant is good for people watching whilst the second floor features floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the spectacular Victoria Harbour.
"Brotzeit®" is a typical Bavarian expression – "Brot" being German for bread and "Zeit" for time, referring to a cozy meal complemented by fresh beer.
