我開設這個網站係希望同大家分享一些控制糖尿病嘅心得，同怎樣達到：無需依賴藥勿血糖也能控制在正常水平。希望我給大家的資料能幫助受糖尿病困擾的人！

對於我這個帶住糖尿病 23 年嘅病人黎講，打針/食藥已經係我唯一嘅算擇。但後來因公作忙碌和生活環境改變糖尿病漸漸變得不受控: 血糖指數飆升至 10 度以上。我嘗試用節食來控制血糖水平但效果並不顯著，更差係節食令到我身體經常覺得疲倦,情緒底落和工作時無法集中精神。

幸運地經朋友介紹我認識 Thomas – 後來他亦成為了我的既營養教練。經過學習我明白到：”健康身體是源於健康生活” 的道理! 後來即使我服用的糖尿病藥已大減,血糖水平仍然保持在 5.0 至 5.5 之間！

I’m opening up this page to share my Journey from an “Insulin dependent Diabetes to a Medication Free body”.

For over 23 years, I have been living with Diabetes – taking 2 injections daily, and numerous medication in order to control my sugar at a safe level. However, due to a busy lifestyle – my Blood Glucose reading increased to above 10.0. I tried controlling my diet, unfortunately it was ineffective and it led to undesired effects including – tiredness, being emotional, and many other health issues.

Through a friend, I met Thomas who later became my dietitian – He taught me how to achieve a “Healthy Body through Living a Healthy Lifestyle!”. I control my glucose level between 5.0 to 5.5 even after my insulin dosage was significantly reduced. I am slowly achieving a medication free lifestyle – and Diabetes is no longer bothering me.
