With You Out-Patient Escort Services provides the professional escort services for out-patient visits. Integrated with information technology, we developed a web app for our frontline care workers, which allows them recording all the work logs, getting reminder notifications, and receiving related information. It helps to simplify the existing working procedures, reduce human errors and act as an efficient message-relay bridge among medical staffs, patients and their carers. The data obtained from the frontline would be securely stored in the backend data management platform, where the patients' carers can easily trace the latest follow-ups. Also, data analysis would be performed, which allows us to well-allocate the resources and precisely evaluate the service performance. We target to improve the overall service quality in the elderly-care industry.
