DR-Max Limited 於 2004 年 12 月於香港成立，現已成為全港最大的兒童教育服務供應商之一。公司不但透過舉辦各種講座、比賽、活動及展覽會等加深大眾對品牌的認識；並製作多元化的兒童教育產品，與眾多品牌合作，如「迪士尼」。
2010年度推出「Electronic English」套裝，由「DR-Max」編輯團隊與中外教育專家共同研發而成。這是一套電子英語學習教材；將導師的講解錄入點讀筆，配合精心編寫的工作紙，學生若遇到不懂的問題，只需在紙面輕點，就可以即時聽到講解，實現真正有效的自主自學。
