Monday - Friday (weekdays)
Lunch: 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm (last seating 1:00pm)
Dinner: 7:00 to 9:30 pm (last seating 8:00pm) (depending on classroom necessity only)
Dining Services
The Bistro 1979 offers luncheons and dinners throughout the year. The luncheon menus feature set selections, with choices, designed to offer value for money. Our evening meals are project driven by second and final year students featuring themes and different styles of food preparation and customer service. The Bistro 1979 is fully licensed and carries a comprehensive international range of wines, spirits, beers and soft drinks.
The Bistro 1979 is also available to host events and banquets. The venue is equipped with audiovisual and presentation equipment, including:

• Projector
• Microphones
