FAT (Farm to Table, Artisanal and Textured food) CHOY (the Cantonese pronunciation of ‘vegetable’) captures the essence of eating well, eating healthily, eating organic!

That is the philosophy behind FAT CHOY, a restaurant that sources some produce, including lettuces, potatoes, pumpkins, papayas, tomatoes, cacti, etc. from the HKFYG Organic Farm, as well as other local farms, to make seasonal dishes and promote a low-carbon, delicious cooking and dining culture.

FAT 中的F代表『Farm-to-table』、A代表『Artisanal』、T代表『Textured Food』，表達餐廳食物包含『新鮮』、『手工做』和『質感』的結合。而CHOY即粵語「菜」的發音；FAT CHOY將致力推廣健康的飲食文化。

餐廳將各式健康蔬菜、水果、有機亁果及不同口味的醬汁調配，供顧客選擇。選料包括青協有機農莊的沙律菜、馬鈴薯、南瓜、木瓜、蕃茄和仙人掌等，以及其他本地農場的時令蔬果，藉此推廣減碳生活、健康烹飪及優質飲食文化。
