Our Story

Lamma Grill has been serving the highest quality food on Lamma Island since 2012. Delicious burgers, gigantic wraps, fall-off-the-bone ribs, and our special hand-cut fries are favorites among locals and visitors alike. Our Technique

At Lamma Grill, we are passionate about the food we serve. We strive to deliver the highest quality dishes through the constant refinement of our cooking techniques, using the sous-vide method, and a relentless attention to detail. Sous-vide is the method of slowly cooking meat in vacuum sealed bags in a temperature controlled water bath for an extended period of time. This creates perfectly and evenly cooked items, with the end result being jucier, safer, and tastier food. Just try our ribs and see the difference this makes!
