「壹玖捌叁」一向堅守以新鮮、優質食材做出香港本地特色菜，菜式可說是融合各地菜式之長，不拘泥形式，但求以味為先。入行逾30年的總廚和他的廚師團隊以精湛烹調技巧及源源不絕的創意，令每道菜式無論食材配搭、賣相及食味均令人印象難忘。我們更採用iPad menu，將各款點心、過橋麵食、菜餚及飲品之相片盡錄，讓客人選擇及落單。

「壹玖捌叁」於2015年9月獲「法國藍帶美食協會」選為「藍帶餐廳」！「法國藍帶美食協會」為世界頂級的美食文化組織，能獲得這組織的認可，我們深感榮幸和自豪！

We are proud to be one of the few “Cordons Bleus Restaurants” of La Commanderie des Cordons Bleus de France (a world-class cuisine and cultural organization) since September 2015.
