"Graeco Egyptian Store'' on Pedder Street was founded by an Egyptian from Greece. After WWII, Mr G Sarafoglou, son-in-law, ran the business.

Mr Ho (Ah Kai) joined the firm and started his coffee career.

Mr Ho's daughter, K, becomes the CQI Licensed Q Arabica Grader.
