Our programmes and services focus on knowledge, resistance and harm reduction around drug and alcohol misuse. Using a positive youth development approach, with a priority to understand young people's perspective, we equip them with key life skills and resilience as they face various challenges growing up in Hong Kong.

KELY’s 3 Core Services:

Prevention Education & Harm Reduction
- Help young people make informed decisions by educating them around drug and alcohol use, building their resilience strategies and harm reduction outreach

Positive Youth Development
- Provide opportunities for young people to explore and develop life skills and creative expressions, increasing their aspirations for the future

Advocacy
- Raise awareness through mass media, public outreach, and social media about issues that young people in Hong Kong face
- Campaign alongside and on behalf of young people, with the aim to influence policy development, upstream thinking, and funding decisions to respond to their needs

KELY serves 3 Local Communities of Youth:
Chinese Speaking, Ethnic Minority, English Speaking

我們的項目及服務，主要圍繞預防濫藥及酗酒。由傳遞知識、增強抗逆能力、展開緩害教育，以至裝備關鍵的生活技能及推動正向青年發展，我們均從青年角度及發展出發；並仔細考慮他們於成長路上遇上的各種挑戰。

啟勵的三類核心服務：

預防及緩害教育
- 通過教育青年有關濫藥及酗酒的資訊、助其建立抗逆能力，以及推動緩害外展服務，從而協助他們作出明智抉擇。

正向青年發展
- 為青年提供更多機會，讓其發掘及建立生活和創意表達之技能，並尋覓未來志向。

推廣活動
- 通過大眾傳媒、公眾外展服務，以及社交媒體活動，喚起大眾關注本港青年現時面對的各種議題。
- 我們透過舉辦活動為青年發聲，藉此正面影響本地政策發展及撥款決策，進一步實踐回應本港青年的需求。

啟勵提供服務予以下三類本地青年：
華語青年，少數族裔青年，英語青年
