公民實踐培育基金致力建立一個互動的教育平台，讓年輕人交流和分享多元的意見，擴闊視野和培養批判思維，並運用基金的資源和網絡分享信念。

我們的工作目標包括：
1. 深化公民教育
- 提升社會大眾的公民意識及擴闊其國際視野
- 貫徹民主、自由、人權、平等和法治等概念
- 推廣可持續的經濟發展模式和環境保護及保育

2. 宣揚及推廣公民實踐

3. 培養年輕人的獨立思考及領導才能，讓他們發展潛能，成為未來的社會領袖， 貢獻香港

4. 建立平台，供年輕人與不同意見的人士交流和分享，從而擴闊視野

基金現由八位董事管理，分別為主席詹德隆先生、副主席張玉堂先生、陳方安生女士、胡健維醫生、陳淑儀女士、蔡東豪先生、吳思諾女士及區家麟博士。

公民實踐培育基金有限公司為非牟利機構，根據《稅務條例》第 88 條獲豁免繳稅的屬公共性質的慈善機構。

我們需要大家的支持以繼續做好我們的工作。我們歡迎各位捐款支持，但捐款不可附帶任何條件。

The mission of Project Citizens Foundation is to promote active citizenship and informed public participation in Hong Kong, to uphold the core values that underpin the success of Hong Kong, and to build a society that embraces democracy, freedom, equality, justice and sustainable development.

By pooling resources and networks, the Foundation aims to build an interactive platform for young people to listen to, think through and express different views, to nurture logical and evidence-based thinking, and to share ideas.

Our Objectives:

1. Deepening civic education:

- To enhance public awareness about civic rights and to inspire global perspectives
- To foster the concepts of democracy, freedoms, human rights, equality and rule of law
- To promote sustainable development of economy and environmental protection and conservation.

2. Promoting and advancing civic participation.

3. Nurturing critical thinking and leadership of young people, helping them to unleash their potential and become leaders in our community to serve Hong Kong.

4. Creating a platform for people with different views to exchange and share ideas, and to broaden their horizon.

The Foundation is currently managed by eight board members including Mr. Tsim Tak Lung (Chairman), Mr. Cheung Yuk Tong (Vice chairman), Dr. Edmund Woo Kin Wai, Mrs. Anson Chan, Ms. Carol Chen, Mr. Tony Tsoi, Ms. Senia Ng and Dr. Allan Au Ka Lun.

Project Citizens Foundation Limited is a non-profit making organization which has been granted charitable status under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance.

We need your support to continue our work. Donations are most welcome, but please note no conditions whatsoever should be attached to any donation.

Donations of HK$100 or above are tax deductible. If you would like to have a receipt, please send your cheque to the following address together with your name and address:
