Originated from Ehime prefecture, “UEDA Washoku Lounge & Dining” is managed by Mr. Ueda Kenji, who possesses extraordinary culinary skills and 20 years of culinary experiences. Mr. Ueda creates the contemporary Kaiseki Ryori through blending the conscientious element of Kaiseki Ryori and a variety of finest creative ingredients. Exceptional ingredients from the West are picked to prepare dishes like Roasted Angus Prime Beef Round as well as Sauteed Foie Gras and Daikon Radish with Sweet Soy Sauce in Kaiseki Ryori, allowing the conventional culinary art to develop to the fullest.
