水是地球的生命之源，水的品質，其實與人類和動植物的健康息息相關。人體有 70% 是水分，從幫助消化、輸送營養、調節體溫、維持細胞的新陳代謝；到協助排汗、排毒、排泄等，全部過程都需要有足夠的水份配合運作。水並不是藥物，但我們在日常生活吸收入體內的水質之優劣和份量，足以對人體的生理機能產生長遠而重大的影響。

As proven by Prof. Eshel Ben-Jacob, a theoretical and experimental physicist at Tel Aviv University and former president of the Israel Physical Society, water has memory and is capable of storing signals, or information, from external influences such as electromagnetic waves and various radiations. These external influences affect water at a molecular level, causing water to deviate from its natural structure. As a consequence, the quality of water is substantially reduced.
