From the seeds of a coffee cherry, to the roasting of green beans, to the eventual unassuming cup of brew, is a long journey that comprises numerous steps. Each of these steps - growing, harvesting, processing, roasting, and brewing - contributes definitively to what you can taste in the cup and demands the highest level of craftsmanship. This, ladies and gents, is how our name "CRAFT" and the 3-ring logo (coffee cherry / roasted bean / brewed coffee) came about.

CRAFT Coffee Roaster was founded out of a passion for coffee and with one simple goal: to share great coffee with you. Even if you find it hard to appreciate this black beverage now, we believe it's just a matter of time before you come across a coffee that appeals to your taste buds. For this reason, we tirelessly search for and source the finest Arabica beans from around the world. These are manually inspected and carefully roasted at our own roastery to just the right levels in order to develop and bring out the complex and delicate flavors of the beans. The coffee is then cupped and, if approved by our team of SCAE-certified tasters and baristas, offered to our wholesale and retail customers.

After all, the "perfect" cup of coffee doesn't exist. There is just great coffee, and even better coffee.
