Established in 2005, we are committed in promoting freshly roasted coffee to the public, Colour Brown Coffee is currently the only café in the coffee industry which also focus in organizing coffee event and competitions. Colour Brown Coffee was the event manager of World Barista / Siphonist Championship (Hong Kong Region) from 2011-2013 and is the founder of Coffee Olympics to promote specialty coffee culture and introduce the global standards of coffee brewing to general publics and to coffee industries. Our team includes Q-Grader (Certified Arabica coffee evaluator), SCAA and SCAE trainer, judge of international coffee competitions, event manager, SCAE Education Consultant and award-winning roaster, etc. Besides online shop, Colour Brown Coffee has a coffee shop and retail outlet in Sai Kung and a retail counter at premium supermarket in Yata Apm.
